Our organization is set up as a right to use club, which allows our members to stay at five different prestigious flyfishing destination locations. Our accommodations are rustic, private, beautiful log or cedar type homes built on the banks of the various western blue ribbon rivers. These private homes are the best money can buy ranging from $800,000 to $1.5 million with up 50 acres land. Many properties that we are looking at have large ranches or national forest land as neighbors that will provide complete privacy. Club properties are to be located in the Madison Valley, Montana on the Madison River, Paradise Valley, Montana on the Yellowstone, Swan Valley, Idaho on the South Fork of the Snake River, Island Park, Idaho area on Henry's Lake and Dillon Montana area on the Big Hole or Beaverhead River.

All of our properties are located within minutes of some of the top fly-fishing destinations in the world. Some of these properties are completely secluded with no neighbors in sight. No crowded parking lots, no kids running in
the hall, no shrieks from the pool, no train whistles, and no noisy neighbors. Just your own private country estate where you can park next to the back door, and walk to the water in the morning.
