We presently have two separate accomodations available on the South Fork of the Snake River, in Swan Valley, Idaho.  From feedback of prior questionnaires we have tentatively selected the following destination locations.   Madison River Valley, Montana on the Madison River, Paradise Valley, Montana on the Yellowstone River, Swan Valley, Idaho on the South Fork of the Snake River, Island Park, Idaho area on the Falls River and Dillon Montana area on the Big Hole or Beaverhead. We have other locations that we are looking at, but the above-mentioned properties are the most likely locations at this time.

Flyfishing Destinations high quality criteria demands for our land and homes are very difficult to meet. In several of the locations a lack of available existing custom homes that meet this criteria will require new custom log homes be built on appropriate land. Also, even though Flyfishing Destinations owns an estate in a given area we will continue to look for properties that will upgrade the experience of our members. Primarily we are looking for desirable flyfishing location, privacy and quality.

When you sign up for your initial introductory Club Membership you will reserve a time period of use. This time period will be on a first come first serve basis. A $1000 fully refundable good faith deposit is required to reserve your membership and select your week of use. These funds are to be deposited into a third party escrow account until a total of twenty-four members have reserved their club membership. At any time and for any reason you would like to be reimbursed your $1000 deposit, the escrow company will do so at your personal request. Likewise if Flyfishing Destinations does not attain the required members needed to complete the current membership offering the escrow company will automatically refund your $1000 good faith deposit.

Once the current membership offering reaches twenty-four, Flyfishing Destinations LLC will ask the members to deposit the remaining membership fees into the escrow account and Flyfishing Destinations LLC will close escrow on the chosen property. (Note that Flyfishing Destinations LLC can finance the fees less the down payment). Distribution of Membership fees by the escrow account are as follows: 60% of fees go to purchasing property, renting property, mortgage, tax, and insurance payments. Said property payments will be paid by the escrow account. The remaining funds will be released to Flyfishing Destinations for additional real property acquisitions, furnishings, property maintenance and appropriate business expenses.

Membership offerings consist of (24) twenty-four members. We intend to add a destination location with each additional (24) twenty-four members. Total membership weeks per season are (33) thirty-three weeks and total club membership absorption is (165) one hundred sixty five members.

If for any reason we do not attain enough members to purchase all five locations, funds will be reimbursed on a years utilized pro rata basis. Example: If you paid $25,000.00 for your five-year membership and only four separate locations were available for your use you would be reimbursed $5,000.00. Given that all five locations are available and for any reason you elect to leave the club you would be refunded 80% of the funds not used by prior visits based on a pro rata basis.
